By booking this appointment, you authorize MC Studio Massage Therapy to charge your credit card on file 100% of your scheduled appointment for any cancellations or changes (incompletion of form(s) included) made less than 24 hours, no-shows and/or if you are 15+ minutes late.
If a credit card is not on file/declines, an email invoice via Square will be sent and must be paid within 24 hours. If not, you will further forfeit all scheduled appointments and will not be considered for future appointments. All clients late 15+ minutes forfeit scheduled appointment, must pay in full and will need to be rescheduled.
